The Federal Medical Centre, Abuja has expressed worry over the congestion of its mortuary caused by unclaimed corpses in the hospital. The management of the hospital said it is making plans to conduct mass burial for the eight unclaimed corpses. 2023 River Guber: Court dismisses suit against Wike’s anointed candidate Fubara

A Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, on Friday, dismissed a suit seeking to disqualify the governorship candidate of PDP, Siminalaye Fubara, believed to be the anointed candidate of Governor Nyesom Wike. An aspirant of the PDP, Chief Morgan West, had challenged Fubara’s candidacy. Morgan alleged that Fubara was not a member of the party and did not have a valid PDP membership card, among other issues. However, the presiding judge, Justice Adamu T.
