The naira’s value has continued to fall, tumbling to a new low of N1005 to the British pound sterling on the parallel exchange platform Aboki Forex on Saturday. Checks by online newspaper, Peoples Gazette revealed that the naira traded at N1005 against the British Pounds Sterling and N890 to a dollar. 2023 River Guber: Court dismisses suit against Wike’s anointed candidate Fubara

A Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, on Friday, dismissed a suit seeking to disqualify the governorship candidate of PDP, Siminalaye Fubara, believed to be the anointed candidate of Governor Nyesom Wike. An aspirant of the PDP, Chief Morgan West, had challenged Fubara’s candidacy.
