Borno women gave birth to 879,524 babies in 2019; Bayelsa 199 – NBS

Women in Borno registered the highest number of newborns in Nigeria in 2018 and 2019, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. The NBS said, in 2018 and 2019, Borno recorded the highest having 863,592 and 879,524, respectively.
