Three Policeman have been reportedly killed in Ebonyi State by gunmen. A reliable source confirmed that three cops were gunned down Monday night in front of a police station along the Enugu-Abakaliki highway. The policemen, who were said to have mounted a roadblock in front of the station, were killed when the gunmen opened fire on them. A three-storey building still under construction on Akanbi Crescent in the Yaba area of Lagos State has collapsed. THE WHISPERER gathered that there are possible casualties stuck in the building. Borno women gave birth to 879,524 babies in 2019; Bayelsa 199 – NBS

Women in Borno registered the highest number of newborns in Nigeria in 2018 and 2019, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. The NBS said, in 2018 and 2019, Borno recorded the highest having 863,592 and 879,524, respectively. On the other hand, Bayelsa recorded the least total national birth registrations with 220 in 2017; 234 in 2018, and 199 in 2019.
