A Lagos-based socialite and beautician, Farida Sobowale, CEO of House of Phreedah Bodycare and Spa, was rescued by Good Samarithans after attempting to take her own life by jumping into the Lagoon in Lagos on Thursday. Reports have emerged that popular Nigerian actor, Saint Obi, has passed on at the age of 57 after a protracted illness.
