The member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa, has unveiled plans to transform Ofali Agwu Secondary School in Amaekpu Ohafia into a cutting-edge Ohafia Smart School.
This ambitious project will equip Ofali Agwu Secondary School with fully computerised classrooms, round-the-clock electricity, and a modernised curriculum, providing students with access to the latest technological tools for their education.
The initiative is poised to greatly enhance educational quality in the constituency, empowering students with the skills required to excel in the digital era.
Honourable Osonwa emphasised his dedication to improving education in Arochukwu/Ohafia, stating, “I believe education is the foundation for unlocking the potential of our youth. By turning Ofali Agwu Secondary School into a smart school, we are making a long-term investment in the future of our community by providing an affordable, high-quality education.”
The project is set to begin tomorrow, 18th October 2024, at the school premises, with the aim of having the first Ohafia Smart School fully operational within a set timeframe.
The community is eagerly looking forward to the positive impact this initiative will have on the educational advancement of Ohafia Local Government Area and the surrounding regions.
