The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of Governor Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in the 2023 gubernatorial election in Nasarawa State.
Delivering its ruling on Friday morning, the apex court dismissed the appeal filed by David Ombugadu of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP), David Ombugadu for lacking in merit.
The apex court said Governor Sule was validly elected in the election held on Saturday March 18, 2023.
