The leadership of Asaga Ohafia Development Union, ADU, in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia state on Monday said God has repositioned Abia for a greater success.
The union on behalf of the good people of Asaga Ohafia made this known in a congratulatory message to the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, OFR, over his well deserved Supreme Court Victory, affirming his election as the governor of the state.
ADU in the message jointly signed by its President General, Chief Okpa ibe Okpa, the Secretary General, Barr Chief Obinna Kalu and the National Publicity Secretary, Stanley Mba said the victory of Governor Otti is a sign of great things to come as Dr Otti is God sent and destined to change the narrative of the state and usher in unparalleled development.
The people of Asaga Ohafia assured the governor of their unequalled support, and urged him to remain focused in delivering the dividends of democracy to Ndi Abia.
According to the statement, Asaga Ohafia has not felt the government’s presence in the area of infrastructure for decades as the major government presence felt by the community was during the former Governor Orji Uzor Kalu’s administration.
They called on Governor Otti to remember Asaga Ohafia in his developmental plans and wished him a greater success as he paddles the affairs of the state.
