The Personal Assistant to the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Mr. Nnanna Amadi Kalu Umeh has congratulated his boss, Chief Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa on the occasion of his birthday.
In a birthday message made available to THE WHISPERER on Saturday evening in Abuja, Mr. Umeh described Rep Osonwa as the right to represent Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, due to his open door policy and people-oriented inclusiveness.
