An Umuahia High Court has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to include the name of Labour Party Candidate, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa, for the 2023 House of Representatives election for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency.
INEC had omitted the name of Osonwa in its list released last month for national assembly candidates for the 2023 general elections.
