NACJ TO HONOUR MEN AND WOMEN OF INTEGRITY.
The Nigerian Association of Christian Journalists (NACJ), is proud to announce the upcoming Annual Integrity Lecture and Award, scheduled to take place Saturday, October 26, at Sheraton Hotel Ikeja Lagos. This prestigious event aims to champion the values of integrity and patriotism, essential for fostering a prosperous and harmonious society.
Integrity and patriotism are fundamental pillars in the development of any nation. Integrity encompasses honesty, transparency, accountability, and moral uprightness, while patriotism embodies loyalty, dedication, and selflessness towards one’s country. These virtues are crucial in promoting good governance, economic growth, social cohesion, and national unity.
The Annual Integrity Lecture will feature a distinguished keynote speaker, Hon Justice Oludotun Adebola Adefope-Okojie JCA , a woman with a notable track record of Integrity and Patriotism . She is scheduled to deliver an insightful address on “Upholding Integrity and Patriotism in Nation-Building.”
The lecture will be followed by an award ceremony recognizing individuals and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional integrity and patriotism in their endeavors.
Some of the Award Categories include ,”Integrity Champion Award of the Year, Patriotism Award of the Year, Outstanding Contribution to National Development Award of the Year, Media Integrity Personality and Editor of the Year, Emerging Leader in Integrity and Patriotism of the award and a couple of other categories. The Awardees include Nigeria’s the great woman of God, Prophetess Esther AJAYI, music maestro, Sir Shina Peters, Hon Justice A APhillips (Mrs) , Pastor Samuel Robinson Oyibo, Dr Owolabi Oluyemi, Chief Executive Officer Expidale Logistics, Dr Sawa Barka Birmingham of Centra Bank of Nigeria, Atu Chris , Managing Director Freightliner Logistics, Shaka Momodu, as the Editor and Media Personality of the year and a few others.
The driving force behind the Annual Event is basically to Promote the values of integrity and patriotism among citizens.To Recognize and celebrate exemplary individuals and organizations, To Foster a culture of accountability and transparency, To Inspire future generations to uphold these essential virtues.
