During a recent power testing initiative in Ohafia, the EEDC team encountered a persistent issue with the power line, which was constantly tripping. Upon conducting a thorough inspection and patrol of the surrounding area, we discovered that the Ohafia line has been vandalized, specifically at the B-phase spans near the Mortuary at Amaekpu 132 Power House. This unfortunate act of sabotage clearly indicates that we are facing adversaries who threaten the progress and development of our community.

“It is imperative that we unite against these elements who seek to disrupt our power supply and overall advancement. Failure to address this vandalism will hinder our efforts to resolve the issues plaguing the Ohafia area and will ultimately affect us all equally. We must all take a stand against these acts and work collaboratively to identify and report those responsible.

“It is time for the residents of Ohafia LGA to come together and protect our resources. Together, we can create a safer, more sustainable environment for everyone.
