These visible developments, ranging from the grading of rural road, Educational grants aimed at enhancing academic endeavour, agricultural materials, youths and women empowerments, scholarships to Cross River Central students, lighting up Cross River Central, drilling of solar powered bore holes and beyond et al, have become enviable and unmatched incredible achievements of the Jinx Breaker.(E.J Williams) in Central Senatorial Zone within a short time.
