Alex Otti, governor of Abia State, has submitted a list comprising 19 names, including his former deputy governorship candidate in the 2015, 2019 gubernatorial elections, Prof. Uche Eme to the state assembly as commissioner nominees.
The list was forwarded exactly one month after he was sworn in as governor of Abia State alongside his Deputy, Ikechukwu Emetu.
