Former Vice Chancellor of Abia State University, Prof Uchenna Eleazar Ikonne, on Thursday informed members of the State Working Committee, SWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Abia state of his intention to contest the governorship election in 2023.
Addressing the gathering, Ikonne said, “I have the experience, I will put Abia on a fast lane of Development.”
