Press release by one love foundation on new electoral act (lfn 2022)provisions prohibiting voters from not contesting certificates of candidates in an election
One love foundation has reacted and by this press release receive with great shock that the above news, vizaviz :
wherein the rubber stamp national assembly of Nigeria, have now perfected a scheme to disfranchise all nigerians from legally perusing and critically contesting in court every suspected and dubious political party candidates certificates in every nigeria election through the now gazzeted new electoral law/act ,(lfn 2022). On our part in one love foundation, we are discussing extensively, and if is just this one public interest litigation, we can prosecute for the year 2022, we will be grateful that we have done enough to salvage what is genuinely remaining for the nigeria electorates.our legal team at one love foundation, shall immediately take steps to repudiate and nullify the illegal and unconstitutional sections of the new electoral act,lfn 2022 as regard the above. Which bars qualified voters from challenging in court all fruadulent and dubious certificates of political party candidates in an election process, this is an abberation/impunity taken to far and same shall not stand. Thank you all.
