Abia Deputy Governor Ude Chukwu, Senator Orji Kalu To Grace Abia North Political Roundtable
The Deputy Governor will lead dignitaries across the country as Special Guest to the event, while Senator Orji Uzor Kalu will be guest of honour to the ceremony scheduled to start by 12 noon
Rt. Hon. Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, the deputy governor of Abia State and Senate Chief Whip, Dr Orji Uzor Kalu will grace Abia North Political roundtable and recognitions awards ceremony.
The Deputy Governor is expected to grace the 2021 roundtable and recognitions Awards ceremony organised by Abia North Political Projects in Obayi Ovim Event centre, Isuikwuato on December 26 this year.
The Deputy Governor will lead dignitaries across the country as Special Guest to the event, while Senator Orji Uzor Kalu will be guest of honour to the ceremony scheduled to start by 12 noon under the chairmanship of Mazi Dr. Sam Ohuabunwa OFR, and which has former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Senator Gen. Ike Nwachukwu, Nze Uche Ohafia, Hon. Ceekay Igara and Comrade Honest Offor Munachimso as keynote speakers.
According to a press statement by the Abia North Political Projects Group,
the event has the theme: Abia North United For Projects 2023 organised by the ANPP2023, the political think tank of Abia North in Abia State.
“Abia State is one of a few Nigerian sub-nationals with good constellation of human and natural resources. We need good governance to convert the potentials to manifest reality and you’ll see Abia blossom. There is concentration of talents, technocrats, eggheads and experienced managers in Abia North to move Abia State to it’s pride of place in the Comity of states in Nigeria. Only Unity is required to tap and harmonize these talents. That informed the choice of this year’s theme,’’ Dr Uduma Nnate, Director General of ANPP2023 said in the statement signed by the organisation’s Director of Publicity, Chief Emele Onu and High Chief Okechukwu Henry Okorie the event Planning Committee Chairman.
The event will also feature Awards and recognitions to few illustrious Nigerians that have distinguished themselves in service to the people of Abia North, Abia State, Nigeria and humanity including Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, Prof. Greg Ibe, Sir Chikwe Udensi, Dr. Alex Otti, Chief Ray Nkemdirim, Lt. Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika CFR, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe, Barr. Etigwe Uwa SAN, Barr. Ken Ahia SAN, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, Hon. Uko Nkole, Hon. Nkiruka Onyejiocha, Senator Emma Nwaka, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, Nnenna Nma Lancaster-Okoro, Nwanneka Ekweremadu-Okoro, Hon.
