Father Of Veteran Nollywood Actor, Francis Duru Is Dead
The actor announced this via his Instagram account on Thursday as he shared his last photo with his father saying that “he built his being and took the tough and the rough to put him on the turf”.
Duru who did not disclose the cause of the death of his father or his age stated that his father died this morning, September 29th. The actor also stated that the news of his father’s death broke his heart.
He wrote: “My last pix with you..dad..memories of yesterday..u defined my essence…built my being…took the tough and the rough to put me on the turf…of life..I salute you dad…as you took your last bow and transited to glory…u broke my heart this morning when you refused to wake..mum just left..you too ..hmm…so heavy…so painful…thank you..thank you…thank you dad for all..thank you..Will miss you.”
