As Muslims in Nigeria join other faithfuls across the world in commemorating this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, Managing Director/Chief Executive of the Nigerian Film Corporation, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe has urged Nigerians to coexist in unity and harmony.
The NFC Boss in his Eid message, said that with genuine love for one another regardless of tribal and religious affiliation the nation would make great progress.
While congratulating the Muslim faithfuls, Chidia urged them to imbibe the virtues exemplified by the prophet which teaches love, tenderness, tolerance, selfless service to God and humanity and dedication to virtuous acts.
He said ; I join our Muslim faithfuls to celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir , as we celebrate let us inculcate the lessons learnt during this period.
May Almighty Allah (SWT) continue to imbue us with Love , Peace and Harmony as one United People of our Great country Nigeria”.
