A member of the House of Representatives who represents Bekwarra/Obudu/Obalinku federal constituency, Rt. Hon Legor Idagbo, has formally defected from the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The Cross River lawmaker formally decamped and registered with the APC at his Ugboro ward in Bekwarra local government area.
THE WHISPERER reported that Hon. Idagbo had dumped the PDP following the defection of Prof. Ben Ayade, Governor of Cross River State.
Hon. Idagbo is the second defector in recent times that has favoured the APC in the House of Representatives from Cross River State after Hon. Mike Irom Etaba of Obubra/Etung federal constituency.
