The member representing Oyi/ Ayamelum federal constituency in the House of Representstives, Hon. Barr. Vincent Ofumelu has commiserated with Senator Margery Okadigbo family, Ogbunike Community and his entire constituents on the tragic death of their son, Mr Pharaoh Okadigbo, describing the incident saddening and devastating.
Ofumelu stated this in a statement personally signed by him, on Monday in Abuja, the lawmaker also condoled with the people of Oyi over the tragedy.
He recalled that the late Okadigbo, who died in a fatal accident, was a vibrant and hardworking personality who lived a humble yet fulfilled life.
Ofumelu said the news of the incident was devastating, especially as the people of Oyi, Anambra and Nigeria was in dire need of dedicated and intelligent young men like him at this critical time of intense fight to reposition the nation.
“The news of Pharaoh’s demise came as a rude shock, but I pray Almighty God grant his soul, eternal repose.
“On behalf of my family, Oyi/Ayamelum federal constituency, I send my deepest condolences to Senator Margery Chuba Okadigbo, the Okadigbo family and Oyi LGA.”
He prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased, and for Almighty God to grant his family the strength needed at this difficult time.
