President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over a security meeting in continuation of the meeting held last Friday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting was adjourned to Tuesday, following heightened insecurity in many parts of the country.
Those in attendance at today’s meeting are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari.
Others include Minister of Defence, Bashir Magashi and the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno.
The Chief of Defence Staff, Lucky Irabor, Chief of Army Staff; Ibrahim Attahiru, Chief of Naval Staff; Awwal Zubairu, and Chief of Air Staff, Isiaka Amoo are also attending the crucial meeting.
The acting Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Usman Baba is also in attendance.
