PDP South-West Congress: Seyi Makinde’s candidate beats Fayose’s preferred candidate in keenly contested Southwest Zonal election.
Taofeek Arapaja, candidate of Governor Seyi Makinde in today’s Southwest zonal congress of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has defeated his main contender, Eddy Olafeso.
Though THE WHISPERER cannot confirm the margin as at press time, unconfirmed report has it that Arapaja got 343 out of the 683 vote cast while Olafeso got 310. There were 10 voids.
